Part of my problem as a parent used to be just not trusting that I was doing the right thing for my children because I didn’t always know what the right thing was.  I tried to stay up to date on what they needed and when, but found there were endless sources of information and a lot of junk advice mixed in.

There wasn’t one single resource that I could just pop on whenever I needed to, to see what my kid was up to that particular month.

So I wanted to bring you this super inclusive but current child development quick reference guide for ages 0-18!

I’ve been hard at work compiling information from my own experience, dozens of books, and hundreds of other online sources to make sure this guide was in line with Conscious Parenting and the latest science.

I’ve assembled all of my notes on sleep, brain development, nutrition, abilities, and even things like carseat safety and play!
And did I mention it’s FREE?  Just click on this link, enter your email address, and you’ll be immediately emailed your copy:
I sincerely hope you find it as handy and convenient as I do and, of course, I welcome your feedback.

Hey friend!
